                 A RESOLUTION DECLARING A CITY AMBULANCE AS 
                 SURPLUS PROPERTY AND AUTHORIZING THE 
                 PURCHASING AGENT TO SELL SAID AMBULANCE TO 
                 MARION COUNTY, TENNESSEE FOR A CONSIDERATION 
                 OF $1.00.

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, that Chattanooga City ambulance, a 1983 
       Ford F418, VIN #1FTJ534L5DHA40201, be and the same is hereby 
       declared as surplus property.
       	    	 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the purchasing agent be and 
       is hereby authorized to sell said surplus ambulance to Marion 
       County, Tennessee for a consideration of $1.00.
